Book of Remembrance

The Book of Remembrance is intended to allow us to remember those who have died and have been born into Eternal Life. Those names enrolled in the Book of Remembrance will be remembered in all of the Masses on All Souls' Day , November 2nd, and in all the Masses celebrated during the month of November.

We kindly ask that each family only take ONE ENVELOPE to complete their requests. All requests must be submitted by WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29TH to be entered in the Book of Remembrance. Envelopes can be found in the vestibule.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PRINT NAMES CLEARLY TO ENSURE CORRECT SPELLING.
