Kindergarten - 9th grade
Depending on their grade, students who register attend classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Saturday. To speak to someone, contact our Faith Formation office at 630-830-2295.
Our grade level Faith Formation program is offered to students in Kindergarten - 9th grade.
Sacramental Preparation for Children St. Peter Damian’s policies
First Communion – Our First Communion program is a 2-year program that begins in 1st grade. The sacrament of First Communion is celebrated in the spring of 2nd grade.
Confirmation – Our Confirmation program is a 2-year program that begins in 8th grade. Confirmation students are required to attend service projects and retreats as planned by the religious education director. The sacrament of Confirmation is celebrated in the spring of freshman year when all requirements have been fulfilled.
