Faith Formation Program
Welcome to our Faith Formation program here at St. Peter Damian! Our program offers children Kindergarten - Nineth grade faith formation. Depending on your their grade, students who register attend classes on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evenings. To speak to someone in our Faith Formation office, please call (630) 830-2295. Faith Formation Information
Registration for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year is open. Don't wait too long to register. Online registration is open until 2:00pm on August 10th! After this time please call the faith formation office at the number listed above.
First Communion
Our First Communion program is a 2-year program that begins in 1st grade. The sacrament of First Communion is celebrated in the Spring of 2nd grade.
Confirmation
Our Confirmation program is a 2-year program that begins in 8th grade, with previous years of faith formation completed. Confirmation students are required to attend service projects and retreats as planned by the faith formation coordinator. The sacrament of Confirmation is celebrated in the spring of freshman (9th grade) year when all requirements have been fulfilled.
Monday evening classes
Monday evening classes are scheduled twice a month from 5:00pm - 6:30pm. Students are asked to be present at all scheduled class times and other important requirements for the program. Grade levels for this day are 1st - 5th grades.
Tuesday evening classes
Tuesday evening classes are scheduled twice a month from 4:30pm - 6:00pm. Students are asked to be present at all scheduled class times and other important requirements for the program. Grade levels for this day are Kindergarten - 7th grades.
Wednesday night classes
Wednesday night classes are scheduled twice a month from 6:30pm - 8:00pm. Students are asked to be present at all scheduled class times and other important requirements for the program. Grade levels for this day are 7th - 9th (Confirmation).
