LENTEN REGULATIONS

Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 18th. The following are the regulations for abstinence and fasting to be observed by Catholics during Lent.

Those bound by this may take only one full meal. Two smaller meals are permitted, if necessary, to maintain strength according to one's needs. Solid food between meals is not permitted.
