YOUTH MINISTRY

  Our Mission

In accordance with the catechism of the Catholic Church we acknowledge that the primary responsibility for a child's religious education lies with the parent/guardian. 

The Religious Education and Youth Ministry Programs pledge to our parish community to provide an atmosphere of study that reinforces Catholic values and teachings.

We further pledge to:
Provide a secure and safe environment for encouraging spiritual growth.

Provide a formal structure of learning for preparation in receiving the sacraments.

Instill a commitment in a life-long
journey with Christ. 

Empower our youth to explore their own personal relationship with Christ.

Provide for spiritual growth through prayer, faith sharing, service and other experiences.

Youth Ministry

Outreach Nights focus on relevant topics chosen by teens and includes guest speakers, witness talks, group discussions, games, food, music and prayer. 

Service Projects like "National Make a Difference Day", "Santa's Workshop", "love from the Lord" and Summer Mission Trips are spiritually challenging and reinforce a sense of community and discipleship. 

Social Events - "Bands in the Basement", All Night Ski Trips, and More!

Liturgy - Liturgical Training and Teen Mass

Dramas - "Living Stations of the Cross and the contemporary Lenten drama
 "Your Son's Blood"
